Shipping and Delivery

We deliver our products across PAN India. We've tied up with multiple courier partner to ensure maximum coverage and best delivery times. We even accept International orders and deliver our products across the globe through preferred courier partner! In case if the area is non-deliverable, we are sorry to say that the orders will be cancelled and refund will be issued. We are trying our best to expand our Delivery network to all other areas.

We strive to deliver products purchased from us in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible.

We charge a nominal shipping fee on any order based on the delivery location.

Below are the delivery timelines to be expected:

Local (Within Namma Bengaluru): 1-2 working days

Within Karnataka: 5-7 working days

Anywhere in India apart from Karnataka: 5-10 working days

Outside India: 7-14 working day

The above timelines are as per the agreement with our courier partners and we'll update you the tracking id via email once we courier so that you can track your package location accurately.

All our products stay afresh for at least 10-15 days so it will reach you as fresh as it is made.

The above timelines are after we dispatch your order. We strive hard to dispatch the items on the same day of the order if the order is placed and confirmed before 11:00 AM IST. However in some cases we may take a day or two to dispatch order. Please bear with us in case of such delays. We will try our best to keep you informed in these cases. In case if you receive the email as delivered but did not receive the products, please reach back to us via email/WhatsApp. We will ensure that the product reaches you if not a refund will be issued.

Tracking your Order

Once your order is shipped successfully, we will email you the tracking id. Please forgive us in case if we miss to send which might be due to large volume of orders.


Cancellation Policy

For cancellation, kindly write to us at with your request. Do not forget to mention the order id. In case if the order has not been shipped yet, we will accept the cancellation request and process for refund. But if the order id already shipped, cancellation request will be rejected.

 If your order is successfully confirmed for cancellation by us, then the amount will be fully refunded. For Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking payments, it may take up-to 2-5 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your respective account (depending upon your bank). The mode of refund will be same as the mode of payment selected by customer.

- We do not support Cash On Delivery (COD) for domestic orders.
