How long is the order processing time?

Typically it takes 1-2 days however may extend to 4-5 days depending on the incoming orders. We are striving hard to get the products delivered to you as soon as possible.


Which are the areas covered for delivery?

We deliver across PAN India. We also take international orders and deliver across the globe. In case if the area is non-deliverable, we are sorry to say that the orders will be cancelled and refund will be issued. We are trying our best to expand our Delivery network to all other areas.


What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

We accept Payments via UPI, Credit Card/Debit Card, Net Banking, GooglePay, PhonePe, Paytm, Wallets & more

How do I make an exchange?

We are confident that you won't return or be unhappy with our products. However, If any reason, you are dissatisfied with an item, you may return the item with the receipt that we provide to you. We will ensure that it is replaced or refund is issued as per your needs. But sorry to say that we still do not have return pick-up facility. You will have to walk-in to our store at DVG Road for any exchanges or returns.


Can I cancel my order?

There is no cancellation option available in the website; however you may write to us at with your cancellation request. Do not forget to mention the order id. In case if the order has not been shipped yet, we will accept the cancellation request and process for refund. But if the order id already shipped, cancellation request will be rejected. If your order is successfully confirmed for cancellation by us, then the amount will be fully refunded. For Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking payments, it may take up-to 2-5 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your respective account (depending upon your bank). The mode of refund will be same as the mode of payment selected by customer.


Are there any offers/discounts/discount coupons?

Is there a minimum order value?

What are the delivery charges?

We charge a nominal shipping fee on all orders depending on the delivery location. (Applicable only for domestic orders; For International orders process is different. Refer to the International orders section below)

How to Order Online?

1. Browse our for products in respective Category or select All Products,

2. Add items to your cart,

3. Change or edit the quantity of the products in cart page,

4. Sign in or Create an account with us (Guest checkout is also possible)

5. Provide your delivery address & contact details

6. Select suitable payment option (UPI, Credit Card/Debit Card, Net Banking, PayTM, GooglePay, PhonePe, Wallets),

Do you accept International orders?

Yes, we do accept international orders. The process is little different here compared to the the domestic order process defined above. Steps 1 to 5 remain the same.

6. Select suitable payment option - COD.

7. The order will be placed without any shipping charges. Since the international shipping charge vary widely depending on the total weight of the order, once the order is placed, we will find out the exact courier charges from our partner and email back to you the final amount. The entire shipping charge needs to be borne by the customer.

8. Transfer the amount to our bank account

9. On receipt of the amount, we will courier the package which should reach you in a week time! Info: For USA, if the weight of the order is equal to or above 6kg, then shipping charges will be approximately ₹800/kg + 18% GST (Will be confirmed once we receive the order). For other regions, please contact us to know the shipping rates.

Are the price of products in the website same as in the store?

Yes, absolutely. The price of products are the same as what we sell in the store.

Amount got deducted from my account but i did not get any order confirmation email!
